Monitoring Window
How far back the watcher looks for Reddit posts. Posts older than this are skipped. Shorter windows reduce noise; longer windows catch older threads. Changes take effect on the next poll cycle.
Licensed Jurisdictions
States where your firm is licensed to practice. The pipeline will only surface leads from these states. Leave empty to receive leads from all states. Changes take effect on the next poll cycle.
Practice Areas
Enable the case types your firm handles. The classifier will score and route posts to the matching practice area. Response tone is applied per area. At least one must remain enabled.
Search Keywords
The watcher monitors Reddit for posts containing these keywords. Changes take effect on the next poll cycle.
Monitored Subreddits
These subreddits are polled every 60–300 seconds depending on priority. Omit the r/ prefix — it will be added automatically.
Monitoring platforms
Choose which sources LexAlert watches for matching legal questions. Quora and Avvo run via your browser extension; Reddit and Twitter / X are watched server-side.
Browser-Extension Devices
Enrol the LexAlert Poster extension on your browser. The session token is shown only once at enrolment — paste it into the extension immediately. Revoke a device to immediately disconnect it.
